This product adopts super hard aluminum alloy formula, suitable for all kinds of cotton, wool textile synthetic fiber and chemical fiber warping. The barrel is made of high strength aluminum alloy and forged by low pressure centrifugal forging. After heat treatment , the barrel has the best rigidity and durablity.

This product passes the dynamic balance test; the disk head is hard oxided, anti-corrosion, anti-wear; the thickness of the oxide film is more than 66μm. our disk head cutter is unable to enter.
